Proceedings
In addition to the Technical Digest CD, each full registration includes
one copy of the Conference Proceedings.
The Conference Proceedings will be published by Springer-Verlag in the
series "Chemical Physics".
Instructions on manuscript preparation and submission will be available
and mailed to the authors presenting papers.
