Speakers Information
The presentation times for oral sessions are as follows:
contributed presentations are 15 minutes each (including 3 minutes for
discussion), invited talks are 30 minutes (including 5 minutes for discussion).
The speakers are strongly recommended to upload and check their presentations
at the Slide Centre well in advanced. Speakers scheduled in the morning
sessions must upload their presentations in the afternoon of the day before,
those scheduled in the afternoon sessions the morning of the same day.
The Slide Centre will be open on Sunday June 8th from 15.00 to 18.30 for
uploading presentations scheduled on Monday morning (June 9th).
Poser sessions are scheduled to provide an opportunity for selected papers
to be presented in greater visual details and should facilitate vivid
discussions with attendees. For the poster sessions each author is provided
with a bulletin board which can display a 95 cm wide x 130 cm high poster
(maximum dimensions). Authors must remain in the vicinity of their poster
for the entire duration of the session to answer questions.
